What is oral sedation? 

It is the use of oral medication to relax and calm people who have anxiety and fear of dental procedures.

Am I a candidate for oral sedation?  After a thorough review of your medical history we can determine if you are a candidate for sedation.  Most people are candidates.  It can help people who have moderate to severe gag reflexes or those who need longer appointments in addition to those with anxiety.

Will I be able to drive to and from my appointment if I am sedated?  No, you will need a driver to bring you to your appointment and drive you home.
